Tips for Success
Prep your Springform Pan
When you comes to a springform pan, I always have a moment when I’m releasing the latch on the side where I hold my breathe. All of the wait that comes with a no bake dessert and one click can ruin the whole thing IF your pan is not prepared correctly. To prepare your pan, generously spray the bottom and all sides. Cut parchment paper to line the bottom and then cut scraps to cover the sides completely. Once your dessert has chilled appropriately, the parchment paper will easily slide away from the sides and bottom, leaving you your delicious masterpiece in one piece!
Blending the Filling
You don’t a pie that looks stunning on the outside, but on the inside it’s full of lumps. Here’s some tips on how to prevent that! First, make sure you beat your cream cheese well until its smooth. You may have to scrap down the bowl 1-2 times during this to make sure everything is touched upon. Once smooth, add in the peanut butter, marshmallow creme, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Start on low speed then slowly increase to medium speed and continue to mix until fully combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula making sure all the filling gets combined to a light and fluffy texture.
Be PATIENT!
Patient is my middle name….says no one E-V-E-R. Especially when it comes to diving into dessert. However with a no bake dessert, allowing the dessert the proper chill time is crucial so it taste absolutely delicious. If you are in a pinch you can place it in the freezer securely wrapped with plastic wrap and that will save you about 2 hours (even then you’re still waiting 4 hours). Promise you though, it is SO worth it!

- 8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (113g)
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar (25g)
White Chocolate Marshmallow Layer:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (227g)
- 1 cup marshmallow creme (50g)
Peanut Butter Filling:
- 8 ounces full fat cream cheese, softened (226g)
- 1 cup Saratoga Peanut Butter Company Blizzard Blend (250g) *see note
- 1 cup marshmallow creme (50g)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 3 cups whipped topping, thawed (226)
Toppings:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows, toasted
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted, (113g)
Instructions
- Prepare your 9-inch springform pan by spraying lightly with nonstick spray then covering completely with parchment paper.
Graham Cracker Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of your prepared pan. Place the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the next layer.
White Chocolate Marshmallow Layer:
- Place the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted. Add the marshmallow creme to the melted white chocolate and stir until incorporated. Using an offset spatula, spread the mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust. Refrigerate while making the filling.
Peanut Butter Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl using a handheld mixer, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the Saratoga White Chocolate Peanut Butter, marshmallow creme, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread your Peanut Butter Pie filling evenly over your prepared crust. The filling may go over the top of the edge of the crust and that’s okay!
- Cover with plastic wrap and allowed to refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Assembly:
- Once your dessert is ready, undo your springform pan and gently remove from the pan. The parchment paper should peel away easily at this point.
- Spread mini marshmallows on top and toast if desired then finished with a white chocolate drizzle.
Notes
- You can subsitute the Blizzard Butter with regular peanut butter. However, doing so will lack the extra white chocolate flavor.
