Calling all eggnog LOVERS! If you love eggnog, these Eggnog Cookie Sandwiches will be your perfect match this holiday season. With a soft and chewy eggnog cookie that is perfectly paired with a spiced eggnog cream cheese filling, these will leave you dreaming of when you will get your next bite.

When the holiday season starts rolling around, the one thing I start my hunt for in the grocery store is eggnog. The original eggnog is the best (no judgment). Meaning that the dairy free, alcohol, light version of eggnog is just not it. These cookie sandwiches are the ultimate holiday treat because you get double the eggnog in every bite. The texture of the cookie will melt in your mouth, leaving you with hints of warm spices, a creamy eggnog flavor, and full of holiday cheer.

  • Chill for 10-15 minutes if the filling is soft. When cookies are cool, pipe or spread a generous amount of filling on the flat side of a cookie and then top with another cookie, flat side down. Enjoy immediately or chill until ready to serve.
