Easy 4th of July Puppy Chow Mix - Addicting Sweet and Salty Treat

Red, white, and blue Patriotic Puppy Chow mix is the perfect combination of sweet and salty. This easy recipe comes together in under 10 minutes and is deliciously addicting.

Ingredients

Puppy Chow:

  • 2 1/2 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 2 1/2 cups Cherrios
  • 1 1/2 cups Pretzels, crushed
  • 1 cup Chocolate chip cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Red and Blue Candy Melts, chopped
  • 16 ounces White chocolate almond bark, melted

Instructions

Puppy Chow:

  • To a large mixing bowl, add ALL the ingredients (except white chocolate). Set aside. Place white chocolate in a bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients and toss together until covered. The chocolate will start to harden so you have to mix rather quickly.
  • Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you love Oreos, feel free to swap the chocolate chip cookies with Oreos instead.
